- Offer is only valid for new members who sign up for a Hot Desk, Fixed Desk, or Private Office Room Membership with an effective contract date from July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (HKT), both dates inclusive.
- New Member (“new customer”) is defined as any company (identified by Business Registration) or individual (identified by ID/Passport) who has not signed and/or used our service within the last twelve (12) months.
- Offer Eligibility:
- Get one (1) extra month of membership for free with a minimum contract term of six (6) months.
- Get two (2) extra months of membership for free with a minimum contract term of twelve (12) months.
- Get three (3) extra months of membership for free with a minimum contract term of eighteen (18) months.
- Get four (4) extra months of membership for free with a minimum contract term of twenty-four (24) months.
- Extra month(s) of membership will be credited to the member’s account immediately and consecutively after the end of your initial paid contract term, and are of equivalent value as the net basic membership fee per month on your contract, exclusive of any add-on purchases, pay-as-you-use services and/or other products, services, and subscriptions. If the member upgrades their membership prior to the end of the initial contract period, the member shall pay any difference in membership fee for the extra month(s) if the upgraded membership fee is of higher value.
- Extra month(s) of membership cannot be transferred, refunded or reimbursed, and are of no cash value.
- Basic Membership Fee is based on the net membership fee shown on the membership contract after deducting any promotions and/or discounts, and exclusive of any add-on purchases, pay-as-you-use services and/or other products, services, subscriptions.
- Offer is not applicable for Membership contracts signed through a third party or agency, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (excl. “Extra 5% Off Annual Prepayment” Offer).
