Terms & Conditions:

1. Offer is only valid for Conference Room & Event Space Bookings made and used between 10:00 and 20:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) from 4 April 2025 to 31 May 2025 (HKT), both dates inclusive. Offer is applicable for both Members and Guests.
2. Offer Eligibility:
   • Members & Guests can enjoy an additional 2 hours for every 2 hour booking towards Carnosus Room, Pentagona Room, or Duo Room, up to a maximum of 4 hours free per booking session per day.
   • Additional free hours must be used consecutively during the same booking session and cannot be used towards a different booking session, a different booking date, or a different room, and cannot be transferred; Any unused hours will automatically be forfeited.
3. All Conference Room & Event Space Bookings are subject to Booking Terms & Conditions. For booking cancellations, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on the Conference Room & Event Space Booking Form.
4. Coral Hub Co., Ltd. reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Coral Hub shall be final.
