- Offer is only valid for non-members who pre-purchase event space booking hours at original price from July 1 to August 31, 2023 (HKT).
- Non-members can get one (1) extra hour of event space for free for every six (6) hours pre-purchased during the promotion period; all pre-purchased and free event space hours are applicable for use one day after the purchase date and valid until July 31, 2024 (HKT).
- Pre-purchased event space hours for the Carnosus Room or Pentagona Room can be used interchangeably for either of these two rooms, and cannot be applied towards the Duo Room/CP Room; Pre-purchased event space hours for the Duo Room/CP Room are only valid towards the Duo Room/CP Room.
- Event Space Bookings are subject to a Weekend/Holiday Surcharge, pre-purchased event space hours do not cover any surcharges & service fees which may arise, and are only applicable towards the basic hourly booking fee; Pre-purchased event space hours cannot be used to pay for Weekend/Holiday Surcharge or any other additional service fees.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
- Pre-purchased event space is non-refundable, and will not be re-issued once expired.
