Terms & Conditions:

1. Private Office Room 1 Extra Month Offer is only valid for new members who sign up with an effective contract date from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (HKT), both dates inclusive. Conference Room & Event Space 2 Extra Hours Offer is valid for members and non-members with a booking session date between December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (HKT), both dates inclusive.
2. New Member (“new customer”) is defined as any company (identified by Business Registration) or individual (identified by ID/Passport) who has not signed and/or used our service within the last twelve (12) months.
3. Offer Eligibility:
   • All Offers are only applicable for Hong Kong Charity Organizations (as defined by the tax exempt Charitable Institutions and Trusts of a Public Character recognized by the Inland Revenue Ordinance); or Hong Kong Non-Profit Organizations and Hong Kong Non-Government Organizations (as defined by a Company Limited By Guarantee as per Companies Registry).
   • Eligible customers who sign up for a new Private Room Membership with a minimum contract term of twelve (12) months can enjoy up to one (1) extra month free; this offer can be used in conjunction with other new customer promotions which may apply. An amount equivalent to the total basic membership fee of the extra month(s) will be discounted equally over the entire contract term.
   • Eligible customers who make a Conference Room & Event Space booking session of two (2) hours or more can enjoy an extra 2 consecutive hours free usage within the same booking session;  eligible customers can enjoy a maximum of two (2) extra hours free usage per day. Members can opt to use applicable “Monthly Credit” to deduct booking fees and enjoy this offer simultaneously. Any unused extra hours of free usage will be automatically forfeited, and cannot be exchanged, reimbursed or transferred.
4. Basic Membership Fee is based on the net membership fee shown on the membership contract after deducting any promotions and/or discounts, and exclusive of any add-on purchases, pay-as-you-use services and/or other products, services, subscriptions.
5. Offer is not applicable for Membership contracts signed through a third party or agency, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (excl. “Extra 5% Off Annual Prepayment” Offer) unless specified otherwise.
6. Coral Hub Co., Ltd. reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Coral Hub shall be final.
