- New Customer is defined as any Company (identified by Business Registration) who has not signed and/or used our service within the last twelve (12) months.
- “Half Price on Desks” Eligibility:
- “Half Price on Desks” offer is only valid for new customers who sign up for a Hot Desk Membership, or a Fixed Desk Membership with an effective contract date from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023 (HKT).
- Get 30% off every second month with a contract term of six to eleven months.
(If you sign a contract term with an odd number of months, such as seven months, the discount will only be applied to every second month, meaning three months in this example) - Get 50% off every second month with a minimum contract term of twelve months; discount applies towards a maximum of six months.
- Discount is only valid for the basic membership fee and cannot be applied towards add-on purchases, pay-as-you-use services and/or other products, services, subscriptions.
- Offer is not applicable for Membership contracts signed through a third party or agency, and cannot be used in conjunction with any Referral or other promotional offers (excl. “Extra 5% Off Prepayments” Offer).

- Get 50% off bookings with a minimum booking duration of three hours.
- Discount is only valid for the conference room and event space booking fee and cannot be applied towards add-on services such as catering etc., and/or additional fees such as the weekend/holiday surcharge.
- For Members, discount will be applied on top of the Member’s special rate. Discount is not applicable towards bookings settled with monthly credit either partially or in full.
