Electronic Showcase Subscription
Where will my advertisement be displayed?
Each Electronic Showcase Subscription includes the digital signage display of one product/service advertisement image in loop mode on designated TV screen(s) at Coral Hub’s venue, fully visible by all members, staff, and public visitors of Coral Hub.
What do I need to provide after I subscribe?
One product/service horizontal advertisement image in a 16:9 size ratio in JPG or PNG format (File size <2MB/Image). We suggest to also include your company name/logo and contact information for clients to contact you directly. All media content to be provided by the applicant; this service does not include advertisement design. Please ensure you are the owner/authorized dealer of any product/service/logo trademark marketed.
Can I replace my current advertisement image with another?
Advertisement image cannot be changed throughout the duration of your subscription; Advertisement image can be changed prior to each renewal period. Applicants can choose to completely remove their advertisement image from our digital signage before the end of the subscription, however no refunds will be made.
Are there any content restrictions?
-Alcoholic beverages and liquor advertisements should include the government’s Annex A – Prescribed Notice Sample for liquor.
-Pharmaceuticals, tobacco, sexually explicit content, illegal items/content are strictly prohibited.
Physical Showcase Subscription
Where will my product or service be displayed?
Each Physical Showcase Subscription includes the use of one designated advertisement section of the display shelf at our reception for product/service display, fully visible by all members, staff, and public visitors of Coral Hub. The quantity and size/dimension of products/services put on display is subject to space availability and will differ depending on the section allocated. Coral Hub Co., Ltd. has the right to arrange and allocate any products, media, and display materials.
What are the dimensions of the advertisement section?
The final price will depend on your selected advertisement section, customer service will contact you with dimensions as well as quotation details after receiving your online application enquiry.
Can I replace or change the items in my designated section every month?
Once the applicant has confirmed the arrangement of their products/services/media on display, all items can not be changed or replaced until the end of your 3 month subscription. Items can be rearranged or changed prior to each renewal period. Applicants can choose to completely remove their items and return the allocated space before the end of the subscription, however no refunds will be made.
Are there any content restrictions?
-Perishable foods, and items that need to be refrigerated are not accepted. Other food items such as canned or bottled food with long expiry dates and sealed packaging may be acceptable. You may also opt to use empty packages or other marketing materials such as foamboards, and artificial food display.

Coral Hub does not provide consignment services, and does not endorse or sell any third-party products/services.
Showcase Subscription is a marketing service for our clients to display product/service information and media content for business promotion purposes only, all items and content are purely for display. The display shelf cannot be used for retail shopping purposes or as a pick up location. Please ensure accurate contact information is provided in your advertisement content for client to contact you directly.
- The initial subscription period for your Showcase Subscription shall be effective immediately if the date of subscription occurs on the first day of the then current month, otherwise the initial subscription period shall be effective from the first day of the month immediately following the date of subscription; such initial subscription period shall run to the last day of the month in which it would otherwise expire. Please ensure that the information you provide to us is adequate and correct to avoid any delays; subscription fees and terms shall apply even if you fail to provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
Example: Showcase subscribed on January 10 will become active from February 1. - At the end of your initial 3 month subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed every 3 months and you will be billed in advance for the full 3 month renewal period of your subscription unless you select to cancel the subscription by written notice for future months. Showcase Subscription service is subject to the Terms & Conditions of our Coral Hub Showcase Subscription Form (available upon application).
- Showcase Subscription information can be provided in English, Chinese, or both languages.
- Coral Hub Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reject, terminate, suspend or cancel any Showcase Subscription which may be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, indecent, threatening, offensive or otherwise objectionable material of any kind including any material that encourages illegal conduct or conduct that would encourage civil liability, infringe on other’s intellectual property rights or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, and no refunds will be made. In case of dispute, the decision of Coral Hub shall be final. Coral Hub has the right to report to the police any items which may be deemed dangerous, restricted, illegal or prohibited by law.
