Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

1) New Member (“Referee”) refers to any Company who has not signed and/or used our service within the last twelve (12) months. Offer does not apply to membership renewals or existing members.
2) “Referrer” refers to any Company with a valid business registration, or any individual with a valid photo identity document.
3) Referrers who successfully refer new Members to apply for a Coral Hub Membership using your referral can receive referral credit. Only one Referrer will be accepted for each referral, and confirmation will be based on the Referee’s written notice on the Membership Details Form.
4) Referral credit is calculated based on the final Membership Price shown on the Referee’s Membership Contract for the basic Membership only, after deducting any discounts and promotions, and excluding any additional services, fees, and subscription amounts. Referral credit will be settled in the same currency as the Referee’s Membership Contract.
5) Referral credit will be provided by means of cash, cheque, or bank transfer (Referrer is responsible for any bank charges that may occur).
6) Referral credit will be processed and arranged after the Referee has fulfilled the first three months of their contract term, and upon payment confirmation by coral hub.
7) If the Referee cancels and/or terminates their contract before the signed contract term, neither the Referrer nor the Referee will be credited and the Referral Program will no longer be in effect.
8) Referral Program is subject to a maximum payout per referral:
– Referral credit is capped at HK$5000 for Membership Contracts signed at original price.
– Referral credit is capped at HK$300 for Membership Contracts signed at any on sale, discounted, or promotional price.
9) Coral Hub’s Referral Program is not applicable towards: (1) Customers who have enjoyed our free trial within the last twelve (12) months; (2) Customers who have been referred through third party agencies.
10) Coral Hub Co., Ltd. reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of Coral Hub Co., Ltd. shall be final.
